Full Tilt Poker
Full Tilt Poker went through a very rough patch in 2011-2012, but has since then been purchased by PokerStars and relaunched by them. Full Tilt Poker now operates with an Isle of Man gambling license and has begun to attract players again, even though the traffic is still very far from anything even resembling the numbers that this poker room used to have during its heydays.
Playing poker here
Full Tilt Poker has its own proprietary software, since it is a free-standing poker room that isn’t a part of any poker network. You can play in your web browser or download a poker client. A downloadable poker client is available for Windows and Mac OS.
At the time of writing, Full Tilt Poker is listed as number nine on PokerScout’s lists over poker rooms and poker networks with the most traffic to their cash tables. This means that if high traffic is what you’re after, there are other poker rooms that would be a better choice, e.g. PokerStars, 888 Poker, Bodog or any poker room within the iPoker network.
